At Hitchin Dental Care, we pride ourselves on having a well-established practice with a friendly team of dentists, hygienists and visiting specialists supported by a fully qualified nursing team. We have always wanted to include all fields of dentistry under one roof so that’s why we’ve invested in having specialist dentistry at our practice. Whatever your dental concern, we can treat it and restore normality to your life. For nervous patients intravenous sedation is available for most procedures.

We’ve been treating smiles at Hitchin since 2001

Our senior partner, Dr Rajan Bhatiani, first started his practice in 1992 in a small two-room premises above an estate-agent in Stopsley.

In those years, we’ve evolved from being a small practice to a thriving multi-surgery centre with a dedicated team of dental experts who help our patients on the road to a beautiful and healthy smile.

Investing in the best dental technology

We want to give our patients the most up-to-date service possible. It’s always been our aim to be on top of recent advances in dentistry and we’ve acted on that by investing in equipment, such as CEREC (Ceramic Reconstruction) System which uses 3D scanning and milling technology, which allows us to produce beautiful ceramic restorations without the need to take uncomfortable impressions, that not only speeds up treatment, but is more cost-effective and convenient for our patients, as they do not have to attend multiple appointments.

Dentistry is always evolving. We make sure our team attends regular conferences and lectures so it’s not just our equipment that’s cutting edge, it’s our thinking too.
